How do I place an order?

NL : Om een bestelling te plaatsen moet u eerst een product in uw winkelmand toevoegen. Dat kunt u doen via onze uitgebreide webshop. Zoek uw gewenste product uit en voeg die in de winkelmand. Vervolgens staat er rechtsboven een winkelmand pictogram. Door erop te klikken kunt u verder naar de ''Winkelmand'' pagina. Daar kunt u uw bestelling controleren en vervolgens op ''afrekenen'' knop drukken. U krijgt vervolgens een andere pagina waar u uw gegevens moet invoeren om vervolgens uw betaalmethode te kunnen beslissen.

What are our delivery times?

NL : Onze levertijden zijn 1-3 werkdagen. Voor verzendingen naar het buitenland kan de levertijd wat langer zijn.
 
Bij producten die niet op voorraad zijn moeten nabesteld worden. Bij een nabestelling kan de levertijd 1-2 weken langer duren.

Products that are not in stock must be reordered. With a reorder, the delivery time can take 1-2 weeks longer.

How do I return a product?

NL : Om producten die besteld zijn kunt u retour verzenden naar ons. Dat kunt u doen via onze RMA formulier in te vullen. U vindt de RMA Formulier in uw account. 
 
U krijgt automatisch een mail met de ingevoerde gegevens over de producten. U kunt de formulier uitprinten en bijvoegen in de doos voor retour. Wij zullen vervolgens bekijken of de retourverzending terecht is voor aanname. 
 Het is ook mogelijk om uw pakket bij ons op locatie terug te kunnen geven. Hiervoor moet u eerst telefonisch of via de mail contact met ons op nemen voor een afspraak.

You will automatically receive an email with the entered data about the products. You can print the form and attach it to the return box. We will then check whether the return shipment is justified for acceptance.
 
It is also possible to return your package at our location. For this you must first contact us by telephone or e-mail for an appointment.
